Ms. Lisa Crystal Cyril brings a wealth of expertise to the Sharjah International Private School (SIPS) as the newly appointed Head of Secondary. With a Master’s degree in Biology and a B.Ed. in Science, she has 15 years of teaching experience in the UAE, specializing in AS and A Level classes.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lisa has held key leadership roles, including Head of Sixth Form and Head of Department, as well as managing the Examination Department, SEN Department, and coordinating the School’s GLG Portal for Sixth Form. Her involvement in the Microsoft community, where she holds the MIEE badge, reflects her commitment to utilizing technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Ms. Lisa looks forward to supporting and guiding the Secondary School team at SIPS, with a focus on advancing both academic and pastoral excellence.

With 16 years of expertise in Early Years education, Ms. Swapna is dedicated to inspiring a generation of lifelong learners by nurturing a holistic, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. She aims to develop learners who possess the critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills essential for thriving in an ever-evolving global landscape. She is committed to creating a supportive and innovative educational framework that prioritizes the development of critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, ensuring that every child is equipped for future success.

With over 7 years of teaching experience in Syria, Raghda Bashar A. A. brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for education to Sharjah International Private School. Specializing in the Arabic language and Islamic studies, Raghda is dedicated to nurturing young minds in the FS2 level within the British curriculum. Their approach focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive and develop a strong foundation in Arabic, fostering a love for the language and culture from an early age.

With a passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being, I strive to create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment where every student is encouraged to challenge themselves and develop their skills. My approach focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love for physical activity, ensuring that students not only achieve their personal best but also enjoy the journey of learning and growth.

I am a licensed secondary biology teacher with five years of teaching experience, including three years in the UAE under the Ministry of Education.

I am Sithy Shakira graduated in Master of Mathematics with 14+ years of experience as a Math teacher in UAE. I am the first-rank holder in my university level who always collaborate with students for helping them to develop subject knowledge. I am highly organized, efficient, proactive and a fast learner and who always motivates the learners for getting a better insight about the topics I teach where real-life applications are embedded. I am specialized in efficiently utilizing learning assets to foster a positive productive learning environment through astute observation. Utilizing my qualifications and teaching skills I deliver high quality work consistently. 

As an ICT teacher for primary and secondary students, I create exciting, hands-on lessons that ignite a passion for technology. From coding to digital literacy, I lead initiatives that empower students to innovate and solve problems. I aim to equip every student with the digital skills they need to excel in a tech-driven future.

Vardah Ali is a seasoned educator in the Secondary British section, specializing in Biology and Environmental Management. With 11 years of experience teaching Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Management, Vardah is dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of the sciences and environmental stewardship among students.

I am Manpreet Kaur, and I am affable in nature and diligent towards by profession. I inspire and engage students with clarity and passion, fostering with a dynamic learning environment. My perseverance and commitment to continuous improvement and understanding of diverse learning styles further enhances my effectiveness as an educator.
