Before your child attends school
Before your child starts school, it’s important to encourage independence by practicing:
Using the bathroom
Teach them to manage their clothing, such as pulling down and up their clothes, and using the toilet independently.
Dressing themselves
Guide them in mastering tasks like zipping up shirts or dresses, putting on and taking off shoes, and removing or wearing jumpers and cardigans on their own.
