Payment Options

Fees will be updated and approved by SPEA on a yearly basis and will be communicated through various channels.

All students (both new enrolments and re-enrolments) are required to pay a registration fee of AED 500 during the registration process.
If the student did not start join classes in the registered academic year, the deposit is non-refundable.
This deposit is used to offset the tuition fee for the first term.

The school’s academic year starts in September.
Tuition and transportation fees are divided as follows: 40% for the first term, 30% for the second term, and 30% for the third term.
To calculate the monthly value of tuition and school transportation fees, the total tuition is divided by 10 months.
For students enrolling late, the tuition fee will be calculated based on the rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Education.

All 4 installments are given at the same time: 1 cash and 3 post-dated cheques as follows:

1st payment- 30% cash or current dated cheque payment before the academic year starts.
2nd payment: cheque between November and December
3rd payment: cheque between January and February
4th payment: cheque between April and May.
Tuition & Transportation fees are collected in three installments separated by equal periods during the academic year.

All the payments should be done to and in the accounts department.

We are providing siblings discounts on tuition fees only as mentioned below:

1 student -no discount provided.
2 students –we will provide a 5% discount on the 2nd student on tuition fee.
3 students– we will provide the 5% discount on 2nd student & 10% discount on 3rd student on tuition fee.
4 students— we will provide the 5% discount on 2nd student, 10% discount on 3rd student & 12 % on 4th student on tuition fee.
5 students —we will provide the 5% discount on 2nd student, 10% discount on 3rd student, 12 % discount on 4th student & 15% discount on 5th student on tuition fee.

Cancellation of Registration (Withdrawal): The request Form should be completed by the parent and submitted to the Registration Department

If a student attends school for two weeks or less, a one-month tuition fee shall be charged.
If a student attends school for a period exceeding two weeks and a maximum of one month, a two-month tuition fee shall be charged.
If the student attends for more than a month, the value of the entire term tuition fee shall be charged.
The refunded fees are calculated as of the date of the application officially submitted by the parent regarding his/her child not continuing in school, or the date of the student dropout if it is earlier than the date of applying.
The fees for schoolbooks and uniforms are non-refundable.
The discounts are not applicable in case of cancellation of registration during the academic year.
The Transportation fees will be calculated as per the same regulations applicable to tuition fees.

If the parent fails to pay the due tuition on time, the school has the right to apply the following procedures:

Withholding the academic certificate and not permitting the student’s transfer to another educational institution.
Not allowing the student’s enrolment renewal for the upcoming academic year until the tuition fees are settled.

All cheques must be made out in the name SH. INT. PVT. SCHOOL
Any refund will require twelve (12) working days after all the relevant papers are submitted to the Accounts Department by the parents.
External Exam fees are charged separately of AED 700 (CAT4, PT-series, copy books and other stationery) from year 2-year 9, 500 from year 10-year 13 and 500 from FS1- Year 1.
The school may charge other fees for additional services provided for the learner (extracurricular activities).
