Greetings! Alina is thrilled to join Sharjah International Private School as the new Head of EYFS. She brings over twelve years of experience in the education field, supported by a master’s in international education, an MBA, and a postgraduate diploma in teaching. This combination of academic and practical expertise has equipped her to lead curriculum development effectively, foster creative learning, and address diverse student needs. In her previous role as Head of Department, Alina was deeply committed to supporting the personal, social, and professional growth of her team and students. Now, as Head of EYFS within the Senior Leadership Team at SIPS, she is focused on creating enriching opportunities for students, staff, and parents. Alina is dedicated to establishing meaningful pastoral initiatives and building a positive, student-centered culture. She looks forward to engaging with parents and stakeholders to develop impactful events that foster a strong, connected community at SIPS.
