Ms. Shyja Shashi serves as the Head of Secondary at Sharjah International Private School, bringing over two decades of experience in the field of education, including 12 years in senior leadership roles across various secondary schools in the UAE. Prior to joining SIPS, she held the position of Head of Academics and Curriculum Coordinator at Victoria English School, Sharjah. Backed by a strong academic foundation, Ms. Shyja has consistently demonstrated excellence in driving student achievement, leading curriculum development, and fostering inclusive, high-performing learning environments.

Passionate about holistic education, Ms. Shashi is committed to nurturing both the academic and personal development of every student. She believes that students flourish in a positive, supportive atmosphere where they feel valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
