Ms. Lisa Crystal Cyril brings a wealth of expertise to the Sharjah International Private School (SIPS) as the newly appointed Head of Secondary. With a Master’s degree in Biology and a B.Ed. in Science, she has 15 years of teaching experience in the UAE, specializing in AS and A Level classes.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lisa has held key leadership roles, including Head of Sixth Form and Head of Department, as well as managing the Examination Department, SEN Department, and coordinating the School’s GLG Portal for Sixth Form. Her involvement in the Microsoft community, where she holds the MIEE badge, reflects her commitment to utilizing technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Ms. Lisa looks forward to supporting and guiding the Secondary School team at SIPS, with a focus on advancing both academic and pastoral excellence.

I am a licensed secondary biology teacher with five years of teaching experience, including three years in the UAE under the Ministry of Education.

I am Sithy Shakira graduated in Master of Mathematics with 14+ years of experience as a Math teacher in UAE. I am the first-rank holder in my university level who always collaborate with students for helping them to develop subject knowledge. I am highly organized, efficient, proactive and a fast learner and who always motivates the learners for getting a better insight about the topics I teach where real-life applications are embedded. I am specialized in efficiently utilizing learning assets to foster a positive productive learning environment through astute observation. Utilizing my qualifications and teaching skills I deliver high quality work consistently.
