Mini Mathew has been leading as Vice Principal at SIPS since October 2024. She brings over thirty years of experience in British curriculum schools across the UAE. She has dedicated her career to cultivating a supportive and nurturing learning environment for both staff and students. Previously, she served as Assistant Principal at GEMS Westminster School and Head of Secondary at Al Salam Private School, both in Dubai. Mrs. Mathew holds a Master’s degree in Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Passionate about fostering a stimulating environment, Mrs. Mathew aims to support students in achieving their personal goals through a holistic approach that emphasizes academic, creative, innovative and moral development. She values the partnership between families and community that facilitates in making students responsible, global citizens who can navigate through the professional world intellectually and creatively. Together, she looks forward to honouring the school’s traditions while implementing innovative strategies to meet future challenges.
