Ms. Lisa Crystal Cyril brings a wealth of expertise to the Sharjah International Private School (SIPS) as the newly appointed Head of Secondary. With a Master’s degree in Biology and a B.Ed. in Science, she has 15 years of teaching experience in the UAE, specializing in AS and A Level classes.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lisa has held key leadership roles, including Head of Sixth Form and Head of Department, as well as managing the Examination Department, SEN Department, and coordinating the School’s GLG Portal for Sixth Form. Her involvement in the Microsoft community, where she holds the MIEE badge, reflects her commitment to utilizing technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Ms. Lisa looks forward to supporting and guiding the Secondary School team at SIPS, with a focus on advancing both academic and pastoral excellence.

As a Primary ICT Teacher, I am dedicated to creating lesson plans that cater to the unique abilities and needs of each student. I facilitate engaging class activities and ensure that students receive constructive feedback on their work and progress, fostering their growth and understanding in the field of ICT.
